Create the DDM file on the development machine and try the debug there. Nothing says that a DDM file actually HAS to point to a different machine. As far as debugging options on the production machine, (frankly I don't deal with a lot of OPM programs anymore), I wonder if some option of DSPPGM would tell you if you can debug it this way? 'Observable information' maybe? No, that doesn't seem to do it. Any suggestions from others? If you can recompile, I did find out that the option you want is OPTION(*LSTDBG) *SRCDBG will not work if the source is gone. Rob Berendt
