RE: PSDS as parm

The actual positions are shown in the RPG reference manual I believe.  If not 
it's the programmers guide.  Search the PDF for PSDS.

Can't help with the passing as a parm question.

This is about as far as I got when I realized I don't know if I can map
out the fields I listed above.
