Helptext on the AS/400 green screen is awful.
I don't even bother with it all that much anymore.
I prefer to provide HTML or PDF-based help and, if required, printed docs.
This of course doesn't help a user with a 5250 device (i.e., not a PC or
Mac).
I would go with the auto-record advance or the popup list box to select a
choice.
