I've worked with and met just as many, and while there is small percentage that use the "ain't broke" excuse to not learn anything new, they are not the majority (we all know those who work just for a paycheck and are gliding to retirement). Most others use it as an excuse because there is simply no time to do it. Those that do want to do it are often shot down by management and/or their peers because the rest of the group "can't keep up." I was an example in every shop I worked in, and I'm sure Aaron can express the same thing as we worked very closely for a few years. Now, Jon, don't take this the wrong way, but being on the outside looking in it's too easy to be judgemental in this manner and especially on this topic. Yes, I'd love it if everyone kept up to speed, but sometimes it's just hard to find the time and resources. Brad
