Tim,

The api's and some other system functions use the off-set time,
even though your system time looks good, and job times look good.

For PST you should be at -07:00 now, -08:00 when we "fall back"

however, when I issue a 'wrkactjob' the time in the upper right corner is
correct, and all the timestamps on our jobs, our correct.
