Tim,

I am not familiar with that API, but, being we just flipped last Sunday
did you also run  CHGSYSVAL  SYSVAL(QUTCOFFSET) VALUE(-0500)
****note on the offset value - this one is for CENTRAL time zone.
Adjust appropriately for your time zone.

It is one of the daylight adjustments that people forget, and some apis use.

Just a thought.

hour off, from the correct time.

My guess is, it's not accounting for daylight savings...  Any ideas?

I did a google search on this api, but didn't see anything dealing with
daylight savings...
