thanks; we ended up changing the service program to include the new
function and we had to deliver the programs using it; so you were
absolutely right, but the bits a bit tooo slow this time...

Now it's 7:47 monday morning and we had not a single error yet
*knockingonwood*, which is quite unusual so far. :-)
