I'm just guessing, but it may have to do with the DSPSIZ keyword being "27
132 *DS4".  It you're viewing this subfile on a terminal in "24 80" mode,
then the blank line may be an attempt to show all 132 expected characters.

I've tried DSPSIZ(24 80 *DS3), as well as DSPSIZ(27 132 *DS4).  I am using
Client Access with a 27x132 session, the same one that I use to work on
other display files, and haven't had this trouble with.  

I can't seem to find where I have missed crossing a 'T' or dotting an 'I'...
