There in only one EXFMT statement, and it fails every time, unless one of
the Fkeys at the top of the subfile are called (F3, F9 or F12).  The CPF5128
error occurs, and when I show the message details, it shows that the error
occurred on line 5729, which is the EXFMT line.  As far as I know, there is
no way to control the POSITIONAT variable after the write and before the
read of the EXFMT opcode, so I don't understand what is going on.
