Joe, that's correct - you have to code the name on the PI, and the PR
has to precede the PI.  For subprocedures, there's only one possible
prototype to use (the one named the same as the procedure).  Since all
the prototypes for the procedures in a module are coded in the main
source section, the only way to match up the PI with the correct PR is
to use the name.
