Smells like a bug to me. Have you called your service rep to see if there's a PTF available?

I don't mean to impugn your programming abilities, but in general the best way to do that is to write as little of your own code as possible and take advantage of the code exercised by countless others. (Mind you, the fact that you're getting an error on the copy command diminishes the force of this argument! ;-)
