WDSC & productivity We have a little frontend on the compileprograms: "CRTOBJ" - PDM useroption OB - on precompile it does overwrites, adapts libl, creates workfiles , ... (if necessary) - on postcompile it adapts objectproperties (printerfiles p.e. page definitions, commands, displayfiles, crtsvrpgm , execute specific pgms if wanted, ...) - for the compilation phase it compiles all the necessary objects P.e. for displayfiles/printerfiles/commands/panels it creates the objects for all the languages we need If asked it (re)creates all the dependent objects (p.e. recompile pgms if PF is changed) In WDSC it's not possible to pass the sourcetype in the compileprompts ... What a waste ... PS: on the other hand, in other prompts it is possible to pass nearly the same parms as in the User-defined Options of PDM IBM ? Can you adapt this ?
