The bottom line is this (in my view)...
CODE is an okay editor, and has some VERY power tools, like the Navigator.
But the installation sucks, the user interface isn't "good" (it doesn't
suck, but it isn't good) and now that it's bundled with the giga-normous
WDSc I think most people won't bother installing it because (A) It almost
never installs correctly and (B) they don't have a PC that they can install
it onto.

never used it?  And then interviewed at a company that came on site to see 
our use of CODE?  (He didn't get the job.)
