We got these same errors after converting print programs from RPGIII to IV.
At the time, the 2 ways we discovered around it was to put a dummy print
output in the *inzsr subroutine before any reference to the DS fields or to
init to zeros in *inzsr.  I haven't tried lately, but at the time (V3R1 I
think) putting a Inz on the DS generated a compile time error.  As part of
our standards now, we routinely init to zeros in the *inzsr before any
print is generated.
