Hi Murali,

Your frankness and determination are pretty impresive. This mailing list
and netshare400.com are not just for experts (otherwise I wouldn't be here!) 
but they assume
that the person asking the question has at least some basic iSeries 400
experience. You mention lack of learning resources but you could at least
do some of your own research starting with  refs such as IBM's 
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/iseries/v5r2/ic2924/index.htm . I know this has 
been mentioned already but it's a good starting point -
at least you will know what it is you don't know!

Also, I get the impression from your questions that all your efforts are
just theoretical ie. you don't actually have acces to an AS400? You need
to get some practical experience and learn from your mistakes - just like
the rest of us. Since you've visited netshare400.com, why not check out their 
developer AS400 time-share plan? I don't know of
anyone who has used it but the terms look quite reasonable.

to be cleared on various topics on AS400 still Iam trying to get
help from myself in understanding them,I dont ve any external
guidance to learn this Iam just depending on the sites like this
and netshare400.com,Iam here with sincerely thanking
SRINATH,GURGAON,HCL for coming to my rescue and answering most of
my queries irrespective whether they are substandard or nt.....Iam
very much thankful to this RPG-LIST i could able to get some good
friends...
Please kindly understand me...I will try my level best  to post
genuine questions here after....
