First, the OPDESC thing seems to be bigger even than Toronto and Rochester. Last I heard was that Rochester was looking to some other lab for guidance. Second, regarding the SQL prep, the requirements have been noted and understood, and work is underway (both in Toronto and Rochester) to address the requirements.
