My concept of a binding directory likens it to a Java Classpath. Each
module or service program entered into a binding directory is available for
use by the compiler when attempting to resolve references.

There is not an RPG/400 equivalent, since RPG/400 uses the dynamic call
methods exclusively. Since dynamic calls are not resolved until execution,
the compiler needs no "directory" of objects to resolve against.
