RE: Is the %Alloc BIF available under V4R5

V5 version of the book? After all the V5R2 stuff is public. We didn't'
want to do two editions in one years so I decided to wait until after
V5R2 RPG IV stuff is released.
If you mean the HTML page with the built-in functions, it is up today.
