I'm on V5R1 but I recall using it on V4R5.  Did you get errors when you

I think IBM shipped the same compiler in V4R5 as they did for V4R4.
(Toronto were working on all the V5R1 goodies, I guess!)  So the V4R5
compiler is really the V4R4 compiler.  The bottom line is that you have the
proper URL and manual.
