RE: MCH1210 error message

Mohan,

Are you using stuff like %SUBST, or loops with counters?  I've had problems
doing something like 'FOR i=1 by 1 to 9' and define i as 1s 0 but i will
actually reach 10.  Or in the %subst bif, the offset or length may be
defined 1 position too short.
