I have to agree with Buck on this. If your current employment position has you hindered in the job skill area, you MUST find another venue. When this current position changes, and you are seeking employment, you will be in a much better position if you take the time to subscribe to any of the time share services and (THIS IS IMPORTANT) write some code that you can demonstrate knowledge of the latest and greatest features. IMHO, the best way to do this is to write some open source. In your next job interview, when you are asked: What can you do?, you can say: Take your web browser to xxxx.org and you can see what I can do. J. Kilgore
