Are you implying that this type of directive EVER takes place in a
end-user shop? I've heard people discuss moving to the free-form syntax
over a 6 to 12 month period, but I've never heard of this kind of thing,
as you've suggested, going on. Do you think it does occur? I'd be
curious to know why someone would give such as order.
