I think this may well be a DDS and not only an RPG question - but anyway
here goes.

Is there some way to specify for an externally described print file that I
want the numeric edit codes to use European notation. So for example what
in the USA would say 123,456.78
in Europe would say 123.456,78

the period and comma are used backwards from the USA
or should I say
the USA format is backwards from Europe - depends on ones point of view.

I am writing some new programs that will be used at a European location
(even though I am in USA) and I need to get decimals & commas flip-flopped.
