Ack, now you've started a holy war!

Some people use the cycle, some people don't.

I don't use the cycle in RPG IV.  I used to use the
cycle in RPG III.

There are threads in the archives, just search for
"cycle" and you'll see the holy war threads :)

I'm curious as to how many people would code their own control breaks versus
use the cycle.

I'd use the cycle, myself.  It's just a feature of the language and is very
reliable.
