Try putting a blank C spec in there to fool the precompiler. If that doesn't fit with your program you might need another spec - maybe a P? I gave up working with that precompiler a while ago. It is easier to put all of the SQL in a separate service program than to try to work around the problems with mixing SQL and application code. --buck
