Some D spec are already there. It look like the SDL D spec get inserted just 
before the first non D spec ( aP spec in my case).

Bonjour, Denis!
  I think that if you place a blank D spec above "/if not defined" then the
precompiler will put the D specs in the right place.  I think it looks for
the first D spec in your program and tries to insert there.
