× The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Try DSPPGM DETAIL(*SRVPGM) to see where the program expects the
service programs to be.  It will only be in *LIBL if that was what
you had in the binding directory (or what you specified on the
BNDSRVPGM parameter of CRTPGM).
