Since you have to have a /COPY member (or now /INCLUDE member *yea!*) to define the getdayofweek() function do this: Suppose your /COPY member is called DATE_H Just put in DATE_H these defines D SUNDAY C CONST(<whatever value you want to match your method of calculating dayofweek>) D MONDAY C CONST(<you get the idea>) D TUESDAY D ... Now all apps use SUNDAY and MONDAY, etc. instead of worrying about if Sunday is day 0 or 1 or 7.
