Thanks, I couldn't use the SLNO with my header display line set to 13, but I
added the CLRL(6) (clearing lines 13 through 18) and it now does exactly what
I want it to do.  It overlays the portion of the screen with the subfile
(although it is blank right now since no records loaded) and still allows me
to edit S1.

I think I'm going to have to print out the DDS Reference manual.  Just too hard
to find stuff in SDA and looking on line.
