Jim,
If the formats overlap, the format already on the screen will be erased when
you WRITE the next one.  OVERLAY comes into play only for non-overlapping
formats.

If S1 is just "information only" - no input, then look into CLRL(*NO) on
HEADER.
If you get stuck, post the DDS.
