Interesting - in the Toronto Lab (at least when I worked there) the manual
writers sent all comments to the developers unless they were of the "you
misspelled 'compiler'" type.  Maybe you could add a "please pass this on to
the developer responsible" note -you never know it might work.

I have no idea how one should formally send in suggestions these days - of
course in the case of SQL you could APAR most of them as long as you have a
service contract so you don't have to pay when they say "working as
designed".
