Guns don't kill people. Three wheelers don't kill people. Motorcycles don't kill people. It's all true. If used properly, they won't hurt or kill people. If this isn't the case, medicine kills people, cigarettes kill people, blunt objects kill people. You NEED the "person" making a concious descision to do harm in the equation for any of these to be true. Or, in the case of "dangerous" ATVs, inexperience and stupidity. GOTO statments are the same. Like my statment said, taking away the cigarette lighter in a car to stop people from smoking in the car will work. But, it will tork off people who use it for their cell phones.
