Someone may write a tool, but it won't convert CABs, etc.  I wrote Convert
ILE Format (CVTILEFMT) which turns RPG into the RPVIV with free format,
evals, etc.  That was hard enough.  I didn't touch CABs, GOTOs, etc.  I
wouldn't either.

Nope, looks like if we want free format we may have to do the work ourselves
for once.  :)
