AS400 _currently_ only supports signed packed.  Luckily, I was able to get the RM-COBOL programmer to change the data type in his program.

There is a Computational Class 6 (COMP-6) supported by RM-COBOL which is
Unsigned Packed Decimal and I have to read that data in RPG.
