A rough 'rule of thumb' for most API's:

- QSPRWRTRI begins with the letter 'Q' - it is therefore a Program (object)
- CEELOCT begins with the letters 'CEE' (i.e. not 'Q') - it is therefore a
Procedure (not an object)

Procedures are normally delivered through Service Programs (which ARE
objects, and begins with a 'Q' - in this case QLEAWI in QSYS)

Hope this helps a little.
