RE: QSPRWTRI not in QC2LE ???

There might be a better way, but I usually do a WRKOBJ on the program/procedure 
in question and if I find it it's a program (otherwise, it's a procedure).

Hmm...  Okay, I changed it to ExtPgm and it compiled and ran fine.  

My question, how do I know if an API is a Proc or Pgm by looking at the manual?

It seems to give no indication.
