Jim, to make this prototype more useful, you should code the
CONST keyword for any parameter documented as "Input".  That
will allow you to code literals for those parameters, like
'SPRW0100' and %size(Rcvr), rather than variables.  For this
API, you probably only need 2 variables: the receiver and the
error-code.
