When you have a "few gaps" in a data structure there are a few ways to deal
with it.

If you are giving the entire data structure lenght in the DS specs you can just
ignore those
fields.

D MyStruct DS 80
D 1 70 SomeField

If you are not giving the data structure lenght, just use filler fields.

D DS
D 1 70 SomeField
D 71 80 Filler1

Personally, I like useing Fillers because then I know the programmer didn't
forget something, also,
then I don't have to give start and end positions and can just use field
lengths.

D DS
D 70 SomeField
D 10 Filler1

Jim Langston
