"Tools" includes the proper hardware, licenses, etc. to run Code/400. Um - excuse me but I'm a consultant - and right now I'm running Code/400 connected to my customers system. As a consultant I consider it my responsibility to ensure that I have adequate tools for the job at hand - if my customer does not have the tool I supply it myself. Code/400 does not have to be on your customer's system - only ADTS (SEU, etc.) >> Is this open to outsiders? If yes, what geographic area? Sorry - this one is private (and in Madeira, Portugal).
