CODE prompts RPG and DDS whether connected or disconnected.  To prompt CL or
CMD definitions, you have to be connected and dedicate a 5250 session for
the editor to use.  Flex/Edit also provides RPG prompting without a
connection; it may prompt some other things now, I haven't seen the current
release.
