Ð Hello Booth, Still more non-RPG questions .... is that because there is so much clutter on MIDRANGE-L the question has more chance of being seen here? I think the EDTF or EDTSTMF tool was provided in QUSRTOOL on V3R7. It's not one of the TAATOOLS so you should have it. As I recall it was provided in C source but you could download a compiled version from IBM -- search the Rochester site for EDTF or EDTSTMF or DSPSTMF. Hopefully the save file is still kicking around. To use SEU you'll need to copy the data from the IFS to a source member. Use the CPYFRMSTMF command. You can also use any PC tool that can see the IFS mapped as a PC drive. Regards, Simon Coulter. «»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«» «» FlyByNight Software AS/400 Technical Specialists «» «» Eclipse the competition - run your business on an IBM AS/400. «» «» «» «» Phone: +61 3 9419 0175 Mobile: +61 0411 091 400 «» «» Fax: +61 3 9419 0175 mailto: shc@flybynight.com.au «» «» «» «» Windoze should not be open at Warp speed. «» «»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«» //--- forwarded letter ------------------------------------------------------- > X-Mailer: Lotus Notes Release 5.0a May 4, 1999 > Date: Sat, 15 Apr 2000 15:53:56 +0000 > From: boothm@earth.Goddard.edu > To: rpg400-l@midrange.com > Reply-To: RPG400-L@midrange.com > Cc: none > Subject: Seeing a file on the IFS in V3R7 > > How would I be able to see or use a file in the IFS of a V3R7 machine?
