Still more non-RPG questions .... is that because there is so much clutter on 
MIDRANGE-L 
the question has more chance of being seen here?

I think the EDTF or EDTSTMF tool was provided in QUSRTOOL on V3R7.  It's not 
one of the 
TAATOOLS so you should have it.  As I recall it was provided in C source but 
you could 
download a compiled version from IBM -- search the Rochester site for EDTF or 
EDTSTMF or 
DSPSTMF.  Hopefully the save file is still kicking around.

To use SEU you'll need to copy the data from the IFS to a source member.  Use 
the 
CPYFRMSTMF command.

You can also use any PC tool that can see the IFS mapped as a PC drive.
