Hello Jim, A phrase about Grannies and eggs springs to mind here. I knew that hence the statement "You said the object had been moved but the source hadn't?" It is always much harder to find moved source -- not quite as hard as finding deleted source but fairly close. Your earlier note about compiler tools is flawed also. The only reason all the components of a Project are together is 'cause that's how you set it up. If I sneak on to your system and move half the stuff from one project to another you are going to have to search for it just the same. You can take a horse to water but a pencil must be lead .... no, that isn't right You can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink! That's the one. Although now I am reminded of the joke about getting camels to take on extra water for a long desert trip .... Nah, can't tell that one here! Regards, Simon Coulter. «»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«» «» FlyByNight Software AS/400 Technical Specialists «» «» Eclipse the competition - run your business on an IBM AS/400. «» «» «» «» Phone: +61 3 9419 0175 Mobile: +61 0411 091 400 «» «» Fax: +61 3 9419 0175 mailto: shc@flybynight.com.au «» «» «» «» Windoze should not be open at Warp speed. «» «»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«»«» //--- forwarded letter ------------------------------------------------------- > X-Mailer: Mozilla 4.72 [en] (WinNT; I) > Date: Fri, 21 Apr 2000 11:04:49 -0700 > From: "Jim Langston" <jlangston@conexfreight.com> > To: RPG400-L@midrange.com > Reply-To: RPG400-L@midrange.com > Subject: external *PRTF (was: RE: 'ILE RPG' or 'RPG IV' .
