Depends on what you're doing with it, I suppose.  There
are a couple of ways that all have their benefits:

1) Primary file if you want a simple report
2) Table file to load data directly into array or table
3) Full-procedural file with opcode READ in a loop

Or maybe you mean "read" in another sense - print out a
hardcopy of the file and then read it visually?
