Only people that want the CF-spec are allowed to vote. <g>
Actually a list of "interested parties" is kept by George Farr of IBM
Toronto. He sends out an e-mail to those people whenever a question about
RPG design comes up. The good news is that he does it at all. The bad news
is that he doesn't do it often enough for my taste.
