RE: RPG IV and CF-spec "keep it IBM"

If I may ask, who gets to vote?  I must have missed the mail flyer on this
one, but as a lowly programmer I would have casted my vote for the CF specs,
better error handling, more opcodes turned into %bif.  So I'm very hopeful
about the (I'm not holding my breathe release)
