John,
Speaking of SQL, is it just me or does the SQLRPGLE precompiler not
understand RPGLE. I've had great difficulty with it not understanding
compiler directives, local variables in procedures, thinking D-specs in
procedures are out-of-order, burping if subroutines are not arranged in
precisely the order in which they are called, etc.

Who's in charge of the precompiler development? Must not be Toronto.
