The PTFs are needed to accommodate the latest version this is not an on-going
requirement, it would normally be in the OS but they've enhanced the
communications piece and that required updates on the 400.

Besides, haven't you ever had to ask a customer to apply a PTF so that a
function works correctly? I don't see the problem.
