Also, in addition to what was previously said, if you are running the
command interactively, and you are prompting the command, any parameters
that are
keyed in will actually be retrieved back over to the calling program.

Ex. ) If program_a is executing the QCMDCHK using string "? CRTRPGPGM",
QCMDCHK will perform the prompt to command CRTRPGPGM.  At this point, if
you
key in any parameters and press Enter, it will return string "CRTRPGPGM
(any the keywords and parameters that was entered).
*NOTE* - The value of the 2nd parameter, Command Length, must be large
enough to handle the new values being brought back over.
