Actually they do have the capability to search by ISP.

I've got to try this at home again. This time sharing the wave. I wonder
what ligtel lists their wireless service ISP as.

YMMV: Translation, you may get better speed if you used the same isp
because we may be breaking it up into QOS, etc.
