We use it here, too, but I don't know if/how it works with Jon's Mac. All
of our PCs are XP or Win7. I use it to configure our retail stores' System
i stuff. The set-up that we use requires the PC's IP address and a
password. Our PCs' IP addresses are specific; i.e., not the 10.0.0.0
variety that are used by, say, my PC sitting here next to the System i.
I like it because, unlike Windows Terminal Services, the person at the other
end can see what I'm doing and take back control (which, of course, has
caused headaches - Hey, stop that!).
